The City of Oklahoma City is seeking applicants for Personnel Analyst. This position is a professional practitioner who utilizes previously acquired knowledge of personnel administration, with specific knowledge and experience in successfully recruiting executive, professional, and skilled trades employees; developing, administering, and validating written exams and job simulation tests/assessment exercises; conducting classification and compensation research and analyses and making sound recommendations; writing reports; etc. The successful candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and experience using computers and various software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. The ideal candidate will also have previous experience with online application and applicant tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or Business Administration or related field and SPHR/PHR certification.
